How is the referral commission disbursed?

Referral payouts are disbursed via direct wire transfer to your bank account or check upon official contract signing and initial deposit receipt. Existing clients can also choose to apply commission credit toward their own property payment schedules.

Is there a cap on how many referrals I can make?

No, there is no limit. You can introduce as many buyers as you wish. As your number of successful sales increases, you automatically upgrade to Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers with higher commission percentages.

When is my referral commission confirmed?

Commissions are locked and confirmed as soon as the referred buyer completes the booking registration and executes the property purchase agreement with NDDL.
